Went to Gemba on a recommendation from friends. Had a check engine light on, that another shop had previously "fixed" 2 weeks prior. And I was immediately impressed by how professional they are, they listened, were patient and addressed all my concerns. I also had a transmission service and brakes done. My car drives smoother than it did before! Definitely coming back here.

The staff is very professional. We brought our son’s car in to have the A/C fixed. They were very thorough and explained every thing. My son’s car is cooling nicely. We were extremely satisfied with the service. I would highly recommend them.

Last year, the A/C in my '21 Civic wasn't working. I took it to a Honda Dealership that only replaced one part, which didn't fix it. They wouldn't do anything more. I took my car to Gemba, and they did an AMAZING job!!!
