Gemba Automotive Repair

Absolutely amazing experience here — Dustin was super friendly, helpful, and never pushy. The service was prompt and got my car fixed quickly. Loved how easy it was to communicate through the text line, and the online diagnostic was super clear with descriptions and even videos. Everything felt transparent and efficient. Will definitely be bringing my car back here in the future!

Gemba Automotive on Broadway is the best. They helped me out of a tight spot in getting my front struts replaced. Mr Norris at the desk went above an beyond to make my day better. The mechanic ken was great an did a great job. My Chrysler runs good with no issues on that job. I will be back on other issues. Thanks guys. If you are there an see the owner, that man is great. Tell him thank you for having a superb place in the neighborhood. Great guy.

The experience was amazing! Very professional, thorough. Detailed explanation of what the issue was with my vehicle and video of what was required to correct the issue. Then a work order of the repairs and parts with pricing. After signing the digital agreement followed up with a video of what actions were taken. Nothing hidden or surprises. This is an excellent business model!

I needed my headlight replaced and I came across Gemba Automotive through Google. I had never heard of them before, but they were close, so I decided to give them a try. Everyone was so helpful and knowledgeable of what I needed. Cody was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond to make sure that my car needs were taken care of. I am one hundred percent satisfied with the service that I was given. If you are ever in need of automotive help, please don't hesitate to look them up. You can tell them Shalonda sent ya !!!

Why is there not six stars available? These guys definitely deserve it. Took my truck in there for some AC work to be done - not only did they take care of it above and beyond, but they also fixed another issue with the radiator while they were looking I wasn't even aware of. Dustin was extremely friendly and helpful as well as the rest of his team. I will definitely be coming back in the future for any other words it may need to be done. Thank you guys for everything!
