Coach Works Auto Body

My Corolla cross had a slight gouge in my bumper from a rear ending and Matt and the coachworks team was amazing, got an estimate for me fast and ordered the OEM new bumper. Very communicative and even cleaned and washed my car before it was ready for pickup. Excellent Service, nice people!

My father’s truck was broadsided in a parking lot. Coach works and Matt Radman worked with me while I helped my father get the repair information to the other driver’s insurance company. They were there to answer any question we had. They did an excellent job repairing the truck. His 22 year old truck looked almost new all clean and repaired.

Wow! What great service! My wife and I had used Coach Works twice in the past. One time was for repair work on our Chrysler Town and Country minivan. The work was meticulously completed and it was done very quickly. My wife and I gave the Town and Country minivan to our son and his growing family and purchased a Dodge Grand Caravan minivan. She wanted running boards installed, and Coach Works installed these for us. Again, the work was done very efficiently with great attention to detail. So this brings me up to our most recent service at Coach Works. One of the rubber strips on top of our Dodge Grand Caravan started to peel off, and about 12 inches of it was flapping when we drove …

Coach Works Auto Body was amazing to work with on fixing my truck! Had an issue where my driver door wouldn’t shut so they accepted pictures and worked with me on pricing over email and phone. Nicole was outstanding in customer service and kept me updated on the status of my repairs when I brought my truck over. I honestly felt so comfortable with them and could trust that they treated me fairly, went above and beyond, and genuinely care about their customers. When I need to get more repairs done, I am absolutely going back to them!!! They are outstanding!

This was my first time working with Coach Works, and I was not disappointed. Matt was very honest and knowledgeable from the beginning to finishing. Matt and his team thoroughly documented the damage, took many photos, and sent a detailed estimate to my insurance company within a couple days. Then after my car insurance Dairyland decided to only pay less of the estimate, Matt from Coach works was explaining to us every step of the way to keep fighting to get what we deserved. Am happy with my experience from Matt with Coach works Auto Body.
