Network Automotive Service Center

I’m a single woman who depends on men to give me an accurate description of what’s wrong with my car and don’t stab you in the back with hidden cost and things these guys here are so wonderful. They’re so kind. The place is clean. They looked over my car and fixed it for less amount than the quotes. I got from other places I took it to. I’d recommend them for anyone they’re wonderful.

I’m changing my five-star review to a one-star. I had brought my car here once before to have a wheel bearing replaced, and the work was good — which is why I trusted this shop and came back. Unfortunately, this visit was a very different experience, and I won’t be back again. When I originally called, I scheduled an appointment because I may have skipped some manufacturer-recommended maintenance. I wanted to make sure I was up to date, get my brakes checked, and have an oil change — that’s exactly what I requested. Instead, when I arrived, no one knew why I was there. The service I had scheduled wasn’t reflected in their system, and I had to explain everything again. After more back and …

This place did me solid. Nick was friendly when I walked in and a lifesaver at helping get their service down to an affordable cost after a previous mechanic messed up a couple of my tire studs. He gave me best and worst case scenario and luckily it ended up being on the better side, which they were honest about. I'll be coming back here if I ever need anything my usual mechanic can't do in a reasonable time frame. Thank you to Cade the technician, whose capabilities helped make this such a less stressful circumstance than it could've been, too!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Network Automotive Service Center located at 104 E Main St, Mesa, AZ 85201, on December 31, 2024, to have some work done on my mini-van. Although the bill came close to $1,400, I left feeling completely satisfied and confident that I received fair value for the services provided. During my visit, I had a wonderful conversation with Foster, who took the time to explain everything in detail. While the prices may vary compared to competitors, I truly appreciated the honesty and transparency of the service. To my delight, they completed the work three hours ahead of schedule! Today, I returned for an oil change, which I couldn't fit into my previous…

Great service! Been at this location for over 30 years and offers auto repair and wheel alignment. I recently replaced some suspension parts and hadn't done a wheel alignment since 2018. Made appointment, professional auto tech put my Camry SE on the lift and within 45 minutes, he had all adjustments made to specs and vehicle was test driven to assure vehicle alignment was completed! Shop is busy, very clean and staff were very helpful in getting car done! I received a text with pics of work rendered and highly recommend this auto repair shop located in Mesa, Arizona! Thanks guys! 808Hi 🤙
