Autovaun Automotive Services Center

AutoVaun is a rare gem among auto shops. I recently brought in my 2013 Lexus RX350 for its 150K-mile service, and the experience was stellar from start to finish. I spoke with Ruben on the phone—he was friendly, knowledgeable, and clear about pricing and expectations. In person, he was just as helpful and patient, explaining everything thoroughly without any pressure or upselling. Josh, the owner, even went the extra mile—literally—by dropping me off and picking me up after the work was done. That level of care and concierge-like service is almost unheard of these days. And the price? Exactly what was quoted. No fluff. No games. Just excellent, honest work. The shop is clean, the team is p…

I've taken my car here twice and they are so nice and honest. Both have been big jobs and they were very dedicated to finding the issue and the best way to resolve it. Not to mention they get back to me quickly and keep me updated. Great place

We have dealt with AutoVaun for almost 20 years. That means we're really happy with the service. The staff consistently is not only capable but extremely customer oriented. In fact, we can hardly think of another business that treats its clients so well. You cannot do better than AutoVaun.

They were wonderful. They diagnosed the problem and communicated with me about 3 times that day regarding diagnosis, how they will correct the problem, price and date my car would be done. They were 100 percent correct. My car was finished in a timely manner with great professionalism. I have already recommended them to all of my friends. I will definitely take me car back even if it's just an oil change. Totally trustworthy and honest.

Really great place, explained everything they were doing before making the repairs. We've had the car back for a week and everything is working well so far. Gave them 4 stars out of 5 because we did ask for the old parts back, but didn't get them. Not a big deal, more important that the job was done correctly, and I'd say it was, and it was done pretty quickly. Edit: Car is running great, they probably did me a favor not having to deal with the old parts. I wanted a reliable place to fix my car, and they did that and did an amazing. Updated my review to 5 stars.
